REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At SRP International, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure high-quality massage chairs, fitness machines, and wellness products. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
a) Product is damaged on arrival
If the product is physically damaged, broken, or not functioning at the time of delivery, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving it.
b) Wrong product delivered
If you receive a different model or product, we will arrange a replacement after verification.
c) Manufacturing defect
If the product has a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide:
Replacement (or)
Free repair under warranty
Note:
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as size, color preference, change of mind, or after heavy usage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, size, and usage nature, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
Massage chairs
Leg massagers
Foot massagers
Neck & shoulder massagers
Back massagers
Fitness equipment or workout machines
Any product with wear/tear, stains, scratches, or improper usage damage
3. Return Request Window
You must raise a return or replacement request within:
48 hours for damaged or wrong product
7 days for manufacturing defects
After this period, issues will be resolved under the service warranty only.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed ONLY when:
The product is returned in original condition
All accessories, manuals, and packaging are intact
A major manufacturing defect is verified and replacement is not possible
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
Refunds are credited to:
Bank account
Original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided in situations such as:
Wrong item delivered
Product damaged during shipping
Verified manufacturing defect
Replacement will be initiated only after the original item is picked up and inspected.
6. Product Pickup Conditions
The product must be:
Properly packed
Free from physical damage caused by misuse
Returned with all accessories
If the pickup team finds damage due to mishandling or improper use, replacement/refund may be denied.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipping:
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse the delivery, and charges such as shipping or handling may apply.

After the return window closes, all issues will be handled under:

1-Year Parts Warranty
10-Year Service Warranty
FOR, Other Than Massage Chair
6- Month Parts Warranty
5- Years Service Warranty
On-Site warranty for Massage chair & off site warranty other than massage chair and portable massager.
Our technician will visit and repair issues as per warranty terms.
